Fees and Payments

All fees are to be paid monthly usually by direct debit or standing order. Fees are to be paid in the middle of each month. The cost per week (2008/09) is set at £450.45. If you qualify for free personal care then this will be taken off your monthly bill.

Your fees cover the following

• Staffing to meet your assesed need
• Food and drink
• Water, gas and electric usage
• Laundry - (not dry cleaning)
• Furnishings

Your fees do not cover

• Hairdressing
• Health care - NHS or private
• Food outwith the planned menus
• Telephones and calls
• Internet and email
