Staff Training and Development

We set great store in ensuring staff are trained and that they receive ongoing development to improve their skills. They all need to achieve SVQ11 or SVQ111 depending upon their job and currently 90% of the staff have the qualification or are undertaking it. Staff also have annual appraisals and regular meetings to discuss their work performance.
